Most organisations these days know that the old ways of doing things won't be enough to sustain a business into the future. Changes programs have been introduced and analysed and the data about them is now in, according to leadership expert Robin Ryde. The sad news is that about two-thirds of them don't achieve what they set out to do. Robin Ryde is the author of a new book titled, "Never mind the bosses". He points out that businesses are grappling with change in an environment that is already changing. He proposes moving organisations towards "adaptive capability", so that they're better prepared for change when it happens, and better skilled to manage it.
