Is the traditional strategic plan really the best way forward?

That’s what business consultant Jeff Schwisow questions as studies show most strategic plans fail to be implemented. He says too many unknown variables affect the outcome of long term planning. Much better, he insists, is ‘strategic implementation’; that is, stop creating plans and start doing projects.
