There’s some light at the end of the economic tunnel, but not before we have to endure some more pain. That’s according to our regular economics commentator Professor Neville Norman.

In this latest economic forecast, Neville says further increases in inflation and interest rates, as well as a slowdown in economic growth, are all on the immediate horizon. But he says it’s possible Australia won’t go into recession, and that we’re close to the top of the interest-rate cycle.
